The Biermann Battery Driven by a Streaming Plasma

چکیده
The Biermann battery is a promising generation mechanism of seed magnetic field in the universe. We propose new driving for an inhomogeneous plasma with beam component. An electron flow induced by return current can make pressure gradient which not parallel to density gradient. As result, generated battery. demonstrate conducting three-fluid simulations. By this mechanism, first cosmic rays generate astrophysical scales at redshift around 20.
